Etisalat New Shelter – Abou Rawash, Egypt (2017)

In 2017, Lumera deployed a Delta Controls building management system (BMS) at the Etisalat New Shelter facility in Abou Rawash for Etisalat Misr, one of Egypt’s leading telecommunications providers. This high-priority infrastructure project focused on automating and monitoring critical building systems within a telecom data center environment.

The Delta BMS ensured high system uptime, reliability, and centralized control of HVAC, power, and environmental systems—critical for supporting the 24/7 operational demands of telecom infrastructure. With real-time alerts, remote access, and energy optimization tools, the system provided both operational assurance and long-term cost efficiency.

This project highlights Lumera’s capability to deliver mission-critical automation for Egypt’s telecom sector using secure, scalable, and open-protocol BMS technology.
